Abstract
According to the Author, legislation for work is not a new dogmatic category. It comes after the contract of employment legislation, but it overtakes it in order to create a right to work. The right to work is a constitutive element of citizenship, it is to a certain extent a sort of obligation of solidarity, and it is promoted by the contract of employment legislation.
