Abstract
The Forum gathers the answers that some of the members of the European Court of Justice have given to questions concerning: the relationships between the judges and their own countries legal cultures; the role of the General Advocate in the Court activity; the relationship with the national and international courts; the analysis of the role of the Court in the process of European integration; the individuation of the "social barrier" in the Court case law.
