Abstract

This piece is dedicated to the concept of "carefulness labour", meant in its legal dimension and not in the usual sociological dimension. Starting from the premises that there are not doctrinal elaboration about this subject, the author marks its co-ordinates, testing a whole of legal measures: injuries insurance for housewives, economic support in case of motherhood, parental leaves. In its conclusive part, the essay deals with the theme of the definitions of family and of the concept of active and inactive population.
