Abstract

At the beginning of this essay, the focus is on the descriptions of the transit from a dictatorial to a democratic model of legislation which links gender, family and labour. Most of all, the author stresses the aspect of the dismissal caused by marriage. Moreover, after the analysis of the Community course dedicated to sex equality between women and men at work, the author faces with criticism the recent Spanish law on conciliation between families and working life.
