Abstract
The article reports the most relevant critical profiles of the Italian industrial relations, that is, those related to the actors (trade unions, business associations and public institutions) and the main production methods of the rules governing individual and collective relations (collective bargaining and the law). The article concludes by indicating some prospects of positive evolution of the industrial relations system.
