Abstract
In this essay, the Author pays tribute to Giuseppe Pera's considerable contribution to labour law studies, retracing his role in the interpretation of the 300/1970 Act (Workers' Statute), during the two years immediately following the enactment of the Act, that introduced deep innovations in legal regulations of employment relationships.
