Abstract
This paper examines issues related to work in the digital markets. In particular the Author discusses about the application of algorithms to the process of rating the worker's performance and the platform reputation. The Author discusses the problems related to controls on platform workers and to outline a link between the emergence of the rating culture and the necessary regard for the workers' reputation that itself seems to deserve legal protection.
