Abstract
Recent legislative reforms regarding the protection of the unemployed have reintroduced insurance logics. The mechanisms of "conditionality" have increased and the link with active labor policies is not effective. The new regulatory framework is criticized highlighting the profiles of constitutional illegitimacy.
