Abstract
The contribution analyzes the case of the collective bargaining agreement signed by G.D company and the trade unions, highlighting the juridical aspects of the agreement and making an empirical analysis of the union's assessment after the «overturning» with the election of the unified trade union representation. In particular, the essay highlights the salient aspects related to the contents and to the method of negotiation about which the trade unions are divided.
