Abstract
The Author analyzes the functions, the models and the assessment methods of employer associations' representativeness in the Italian industrial relations system. In particular, the reflection is focused on the systemic distortions that the current disintegration of the collective employer representation is determining in the articulation of the industrial relations system and on the possible contractual and legal solutions.
