Abstract
The essay considers the relationship between the organization and the administrative activity as present in the thinking of Giorgio Pastori. It focuses on the tight instrumental linkages between the two entities in the light of Constitutional norms delineated by Pastori. In conclusion it examines the literature on the topic of cultural goods, a field in which such linkages appear to be particularly evident.
