Abstract
Recently, the Lombardy Region has regulated the phenomenon of pathological addictions, with particular reference to drugs and gambling. Similarly to other Regions, Lombardy has introduced promotional measures and organizations to support the treatment and aid to people affected by psychological addictions. This essay aims to describe the new elements and also the criticalities of this discipline, in light of the difficult relationship between «primary safety» and converging regional competences.
