Abstract
The «Law for culture», contains the general provisions for the enhancement of cultural heritage and the promotion and organization of cultural and entertainment activities in Veneto. This article aims to investigate the impact of new law on the regional sources of law, with particular regard to the regulatory reorganization and simplification of the sector.
