Abstract

The paper aims to analyze the intricate issue of the constitution of the consortium for the management of the «Terra delle Gravine» Park, now in its final phase. More specifically, this event will be an opportunity for a general and summary overview of some issues related to the legal figure of regional Parks: from the multiplication of sectoral plans to the fragmentation of protected interests, as well as the not always-adequate space guaranteed for the participation of the communities that inhabit the Parks. Finally, the paper will focus on the lack of reference to regional Parks in the PNRR, thus demonstrating the unreasonable differentiation of the interests protected by the Parks, including regional ones, spread over the national territory.
