Abstract
The paper analyzes the dynamics affecting social justice in a region, such as Molise, that shares some typical characteristics of islands (depopulation, distance from essential services, inadequate transportation routes). The analysis is from a perspective based on the «inextricable connection of economic, social and environmental profiles», as taught by constitutional jurisprudence on civic uses.
