Abstract
The contribution retraces the profiles of the protection of substantive equality that emerge from the legislation on education of the Piedmont Region, questioning, also in light of the possible manifestation of yearnings for differentiation, the advisability of the adoption of a single regulatory act aimed at the unitary regulation of all the segments of the educational pathway.
