Abstract

The choices and organizational dynamics adopted over the years by the Piedmont Region in the field of healthcare have led, today, to a differentiation in protection, despite a common threshold of protection that must be guaranteed to everyone by public authorities. This begins with an awareness of the unequal distribution of interests and human conditions, needs, and powers.
