Abstract
Drawing on the analysis carried out in a number of essays on specific material areas (health, social assistance, education, vocational training and work, public housing), the contribution poses some questions on the Piedmont Region’s choices in relation to the protection of the main social rights as regards compliance with the principle of substantive equality.
