Abstract
Apulia Region is one of the first to have developed «energy welfare» policies, aimed at exploiting the social value of renewables. In particular, the essay analyses Regional Law 42/2019, instituting the so-called «Regional Energy Income», and Regional Law 45/2019 on the promotion of renewable energy communities.
