Abstract
The paper takes into consideration how equal wages between men and women are provided for in the Constitution and aims to analyze the Apulian regional law n. 35/2021 with specific reference to how that law pursues the promotion of gender wages equality: more specifically, the purpose of the issue is to highlight the positive aspects and critical aspects of this law in relation to the topic in examination.
