Abstract
Apulia’s regional legislation has dealt with both traditional areas typically devoted to the realisation of the purposes set forth in Article 3, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, and new ones, which have only recently revealed themselves to be particularly sympathetic to egalitarian demands. The approach aims to emancipate the recipients of the measures from the needs that hamper the full development of their personality, avoiding their dependence on public intervention.
