Abstract
With Regional Law n. 7 of July 25, 2023, the Lazio Region established the Regional Authority for the Protection of Persons with Disabilities. The study examines the characteristics of this new figure, placing it within the framework of other Authorities, structured «as a network» in a multi-level system, for the protection of specific categories of vulnerable individuals and endowed with similar features.
