Abstract
The paper aims to investigate the Apulian Law No. 2 of 2020 on pets and stray prevention considering the new Article 9 of the Italian Constitution and supranational legislation. More in detail, the paper analyzed the regulatory framework concerning the planning of spaces housing pets and the need to implement the One Health approach in regional legislation.
