Abstract
The essay shows the consultations planned at the territorial level to guarantee pluralism and dialogue between religions, with a focus on the Lombardy Regional Council. Particular attention is given to the reinterpretation of these instances with a view to re-evaluating the inclusive dimension of secularism.
