Abstract
This work present the experience of a multidisciplinary team working in the field of developmental age and psychological well-being of the family and the child is described. The narration weaves the plot of this operating group, from its creation, going through the entire evolutionary process that sees it today having a structure in which procedures and intervention protocols are clear. From the theoretical matrixes to the interweaving of the various professionals involved, from internal work to the social network, the work aims to highlight the importance and value of multidisciplinarity in taking charge of the problems of the developmental age
