Abstract

In every juridical experience there is a tension between the need to change rules and the principle of stability. In Italy, however, the uncertainty is more evident, due to the difficulties in resolving conflicts between rules and the existence of contrasting interpretations. The work offers an overview of the most important problems and shows some possible solutions, observing foreign experiences
