Abstract
The article illustrates the trajectory of comparative studies in the subject matter of rights over the past twenty five years, addressing specifically the most widespread trends developed in global scholarship. In this context, the text sheds light to the contribution of the articles published on DPCE and DPCE online to the advancement of comparative studies specifically within Italian legal scolarship.
