Abstract
The article analyzes the "general statute" of freedom of association in the Constitutions of the Countries of the European Union and in the same Union in the light of what has been outlined by the art.12 of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights. The goal is to understand if there is a common format of the association in Europe and if it's up to the challenges of this time.
