Abstract
Although the subject of the book is the language of the Septuagint, the work is important for the very history of terms itself. All the interpretations are based on an accurate study of the texts and the treatment of some fundamental concepts of Greek culture is of special interest (αἰών, ἀλήθεια). Moreover, this dictionary is the indispensable starting point for research on passages that are difficult to interpret (e.g. Rm 3,26, Lc 1,78) and is a scientific tool independent of theological controversies. Also the last section, limited to the Early Christian Literature, is very interesting.
