Abstract
Contemporary paganism is a community of practices that has integrated the communicative potential of the web in a functional way, growing hand in hand with it. This contribution aims to illustrate how the advent of the Internet and social media has amplified the scope of social and cultural issues already present and cultivated since the origins within contemporary paganism, which on the one hand has promoted subjectivity in opposition to the hegemonic paradigms, while on the other hand it is structured as a social field of reference for all of those who do not conform to the dominant «Western» models
