Abstract
This paper offers a new edition of a bilingual (Greek and Latin) metrical inscription engraved in a marble herma placed in Villa Albani-Torlonia (Rome). The new lectures here provided are the result of an autopsy carried out in 2021 and of the comparison not only with the proposals of previous editors but also with the most recurrent words in the texts of this herma and among the epithets of the god Hermes
