Abstract
The study aims to shed light on the social work students’ critical reflections attitudes and their understanding on interview conduct. The qualitative research has been implemented during distance learning due to Covid-19 restrictions. A brief extract of a fiction representing a social worker interviewing a young couple is submitted/showed to 42 student: a part worked in group and the others individually. The material produced has been thematic analyzed and collected by researchers. Results highlight that students groups develop better performances. Moreover results orient the reflection on poor learning areas.
