Abstract

The paper proposes the results of an exploratory survey on the participation of social workers in the dynamics of corporate welfare. The document summarizes the elements of connection and distance between welfare manager and social workers in the various dimensions in which corporate welfare is articulated (individual, organization, community). The analysis of the data offers the opportunity to reflect on active role of social workers in corporate welfare, and the added value of the technical, methodological and above all ethical background of social workers in the processes of transformation of public, private and corporate welfare.
