Abstract

The paper proposes some reflections on how the advent of digital and the Web had changed the form of writing but not its expressive and communicative function. The writing may be expression, liberation, cure. But the advent of the digital language and computer support, now connected to the net, have changed the traditional form of writing. The spread of applications for word processing and the transformation of text in hypertext, have transformed the writing as a process of creative production in constant motion, especially if it involves more people in the common project of the composition. These new forms of writing have changed the personal stories and allow to experiment with new forms of communication that they become part of a collective universe where sharing, reciprocity values are for a rediscovery of an identity less closed and individualistic, ready to dialogue with others different from themselves and to be enriched continuously.
