Abstract
The article presents the archives of the recovery of the Roman ships in Lake Nemi. The documents are part of the collections of the Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia, founded in Milan by Guido Ucelli, the developer of the archaeological dig. The photographic archive preserves around 1.400 records, on different supports, witnessing the organization of the endeavor. Moreover, the archive preserves the documents regarding the propaganda film, which was produced by the Istituto LUCE and Guido Ucelli himself.
