Abstract
In this essay the work by Giuseppe Flangini (Verona 1898-1961) is analyzed in its whole development, since the beginning in the Twenties until the last pictures in the Fifties and first Sixties. Flangini is a painter whose personality does not excel in the History of Art of the nineteenth century but it is anyway interesting because of his many influences by the Impressionists, and also by Van Gogh, Cezanne and others. His style is caracterized by eclecticism and moderation.
