About this journal
About this journal
Paradigmi was founded in 1983 by a group of scholars led by Giuseppe Semerari and Franco Bianco. Its second series is underway. The journal’s mission consists in a marked opening to the theoretical orientations and most innovative historiographic contributions to philosophical studies. Open to the participation of the various intellectual traditions, the journal is particularly interested in the relationship between philosophy, on the one hand, and sciences and social practices, on the other. The topics it covers primarily concern new research trends (such as mind and language, neuroscience, cognitive sciences, and bioethics), in the most relevant contemporary philosophical styles (analytic philosophy, hermeneutics, pragmatism, post-Husserlian phenomenology).
