Abstract
The risk of run into accidents is real for different ages, leading to possible health consequences. It is essential to have instruments that detect the tendency to put oneself in accident-prone situations. The objective of the research is to present a questionnaire to measure this tendency. The questionnaire, administered to 464 participants, aged 14 to 86, showed a trifactorial structure with adequate reliability and nomological validity (correlating with tendencies to cognitive failures, errors at the Go/No-go task, injury frequency and motor coordination difficulties). So it can be a valid tool for assessing propensity for risk and injury situations.
