Abstract
Starting from the current valorization of the stakeholder approach in the corporate governance, the article analyses the regulation of Benefit corporations introduced in the Italian legal system, investigating its possible implications and interactions with employment relations and its convergence with the values traditionally implemented by Labour Law.
