Abstract
The essay focuses on the European policies on undeclared work. A first section presents in a synthetic way several soft law acts and the directive 2009/52/Ce. A second section deals with the "European Platform" to enhance cooperation in tackling undeclared work in a detailed perspective and illustrates the preparatory activities carried out by European players involved.
