Abstract
The essay sheds light on the impact of globalization, economic crisis, and statutory provisions upon the collective bargaining system. Further, on the one hand, it deals with the most recent multi-branch and branch (national) agreements, by which social partners are trying to address those issues; and on the other hand, it copes with the perspective of extending and deepening the revision of the collective bargaining system, either by collective bargaining itself or by the law.
