Abstract

E.B. regulation introduced by Act n. 30/2003 raises three main problems: firstly, to verify if there is a link between E.B. and the similar experiences in Italian industrial relations of the past years; secondly, to apprise if the role of the E.B. has to be framed in the private law or in the public law system; thirdly to identify which are the consequences for the trade unions system of representativeness. In order to answer such questions the Author summarizes the history of E.B. up to the Italian Goverment "White Paper about labour market" and the Act n. 30/2003.
