Abstract

The impact of the White Paper and the Act n. 30/2003 on the labour market is considerable especially in the term of flexibility and of new model of jobs. The Author analyses the reform on the light of trade union's advice and he underlines the consequences of the law on the trade union's model. The passage from social concertation to social dialogue introduces a new system of trade union's participation. The Author describes the function of E.B. and the nature of that organism; the purpose is to see the positive and negative effects of the E.B. on the market; in particular on the one hand, it's direct to satisfy the common interest of his members but, on the other hand, there is a problem of his representation and representativeness.
