Abstract

The paper addresses first of all the development of the Italian regional state, after the constitutional reform of 2001, also in the light of the opposition between reasons of uniformity in favour of the central State and reasons of autonomy in favour of the Regions. Secondly, the essay presents reflections on the dimension of regional legislative power and regional administrative autonomy, taking also into consideration the impact of the PNNR, just approved by the Government, on the Italian legal system.
