Abstract
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the birth of ordinary regions, the article addresses some general issues and tries to outline the life of Italian regionalism. The effects of the pandemic weigh on the prospects of the system of autonomies. The Author warns about the danger of approving structural reforms of the legal system in the context of the emergency.
