Abstract
The contribution intends to analyze the critical issues of the measures against educational poverty contained in the PNRR also in light of the most recent constitutional jurisprudence. In particular, the analysis of the Molise regional situation shows an unequal financing of the training offer and a violation of the European objectives which would require a broader reconfiguration of the programs.
