Abstract
The contribution analyses the constitutional case-law concerning the principaliter proceedings in the 2017-2019 period, with specific regard to the quantitative data considered in relation to the previous three-year spans. In addition to the impact of such judgements on the overall activity of the Constitutional Court, the level of litigation between the State and the Regions is considered, with specific attention to which Regions have been most present before the Constitutional Court. The significant data on the appearance in court of the Regions on the appeals brought by the national Government is also analysed, while a final section is devoted to an analysis of the data on the type of rulings issued by the Court in the proceedings in question.
