Abstract
A dimensional rather than a categorical approach is useful to describe the clinical unfolding of Developmental Coordination Disorder along development through complex profiles of strenghts and weaknesses. The developmental trajectory and the psychopathological risk associated with distinct DCD profiles are discussed among a dimensional gradient of clinical severity and prognostic risk
