Abstract

The article is meant to give value to the immigrants’ point of view about the quality of the network of services for social inclusion that are active in the Modena area; the given objective is to detect, through a qualitative survey, the immigrants’ expert knowledge in order to understand whether the needs related to their inclusion are satisfied by the services available. Moreover, the thematic analysis has generated an evaluation of the possible implications in social service practices regarding immigration, at a macro, meso and micro level.
