Description
The main focus of the studies and reflections of the Rivista giuridica del Mezzogiorno is the pursuit of aims oriented to promote development policies, cohesion and the removal of territorial imbalances in our country, all issues lively debated at a political and institutional level. The Journal provides a systematic analysis of Italian regulations, examines Community provisions and takes into account the case law concerning interventions for development; furthermore, it includes studies and researches both on the different institutions of Southern laws and of the specific intervention for underutilised areas, and on the themes relating to the complex “Southern question”. Topics to be examined in the forthcoming issues include: the water question and the earthquake emergency in the Mezzogiorno; cities and town planning; the law on fiscal federalism and the policies for regional development; the resources for the underutilised areas; Sicily's Statute; European regional policy; the anti-crisis measures and their repercussions on the policy for the South.
